R & R Limousine subscribes to the idea that successful companies have a responsibility to give back to the community that sustains them – and that is just what they did recently with the first "Driving Home a Difference Garage Gala" to benefit The Center for Women and Families in November of 2008. R & R had been thinking about organizing a benefit for a local charity when Debbie Hannan, of R & R, called to tour The Center for Women and Families campus in downtown. "As soon as I walked through the lobby doors, I knew we had to do something to help these women and children," says Hannan. Representatives from The Center for Women and Families were on hand that night to share information about the organization, but R & R took care of every other detail from the publicity to the flatware.

"In these hard economic times, traditional fundraising efforts aren't working like they have in the past," explains Denise Vazquez Troutman, President/CEO of The Center for Women and Families. New partnerships like this one with R & R are a wonderful way to meet new donors and share information about our services.

Essential Details and C & H Audio Visual helped R & R transform their 10,000 square foot garage into an inviting and festive place to eat, drink, dance and help an organization working to end domestic and sexual violence in our community.

Texas Roadhouse generously provided a delicious dinner for the guests as The Remedy and Two Guys Having Fun were on hand for "rock and fun" music. R & R Limousine, locally owned and operated by Carey Fieldhouse, has been providing chauffeured services to this area for over fifteen years. They have already begun planning next year's Garage Gala.
