R & R Limousine is delighted to share with you two strong Kentucky traditions – horses and bourbon!  Please join us for fun and fact-filled bourbon tours.  With seven bourbon distilleries to choose from, you can customize your bourbon tour by selecting which distilleries you want to visit, or let us choose for you based on the time that you wish to spend.

Kentucky Bourbon Trail®  East Tour - Frankfort Area

Buffalo Trace is more than 200 years old and like Four Roses, is on the National Register of Historical Places.  It was built over the site of an ancient buffalo trace.  Buffalo Trace has won more international awards in the last decade than any other distillery.  For more information go to the Buffalo Trace Web site www.buffalotrace.com

Woodford Reserve was established in 1812 along Glenns Creek.  The distillery was purchased by Brown-Forman in 1996 – it was reopened as a showpiece to help you imagine 19th century whiskey-making.  A tasting is served at the end of the tour.  For more information go to the Woodford Reserve Web site www.woodfordreserve.com

Kentucky Bourbon Trail®  South Tour - Bardstown Area

Heaven Hill Distillery’s tour focuses on how aging barrels of prime Kentucky bourbon are stored.  Their massive warehouse holds 20,000 barrels in an “open-rick” system.  Tutored bourbon testing’s of both Evan Williams Single Barrel and an 18 year old Elijah Craig are offered.  The 10,000 square foot heritage center opened in 2004.  For more information go to the Heaven Hill Web site www.heavenhill.com

Jim Beam Distillery is a world famous brand and is the world’s largest bourbon distillery.  A tasting of bourbon made by Jim Beam’s seventh generation master distiller is offered.  For more information go to the Jim Beam Web site www.jimbeam.com

Baxter Station – An 1892 tavern, minutes from downtown near Distillery Commons.  Once a neighborhood watering hole, now a comfortable, casual bistro.  Bar includes a fine selection, including Pappy VanWinkle Family Reserve 15, 20 and 23 year old.  www.baxterstation.com

Maker’s Mark Bourbon House & Lounge – located in the city’s vibrant Fourth Street Live! Entertainment complex.  The nearly 60 ft long wood-topped bar features an entire wall of backlit Maker’s Mark bottles and a spectacular “wall of fire”.  While it bears the Maker’s Mark name, Bourbons from all of the Kentucky’s distilleries are available.  www.makerslounge.com

The Old Seelbach Bar – located in the hotel that served as F.
