I used R & R Limo service to take my parents to dinner for their 32nd year anniversary. It was set up as a complete surprise to them-all they knew was to be dressed in semi formal by a certain time. Even though it was just the two of them, I wanted to 6 passenger limo but I thought it would have been silly to get something so big and you all reassured me that it was not silly. When the limo arrived, the driver was so patient-my parents had never been in a limo so I had to take pictures. The drive kept giving me a thumbs up and an A-Okay sign (again, something that reassured me that I had made a great choice). When they went to the restaurant, my mother had left her wallet in the limo and the driver offered to bring it to her. The professionalism was top notch, my parents we very happy, and I was reassured that this was the perfect surprise for them. So thank you for helping me to help my parents celebrate 32 years of marriage. I will calling on you guys again!

I came to R & R for the first time via a coupon, but I'm becoming a longtime customer thanks to their "extremely" wonderful service. I surprised my wife and daughters with a limo excursion to "Lights Under Louisville." Our driver Bruce was not only warm and friendly, but had great recommendations of neighborhoods to view holiday decorations as we meandered our way back home. However, R & R's excellence did not begin with Bruce -- from their customer service to their fleet manager, all were courteous, patient, and enthusiastic when answering my questions and addressing my concerns. Oh, did I mention that the hot chocolate and homemade cookies waiting for us in the limo were delicious as well? R & R, thank you for making a holiday memory we'll cherish for years.

We used R&R limo service for my daughters 11th birthday party. I could not be more pleased with the service from the first phone call to the end of the limo ride. We called another local company first because I had googled "limo services" to get some quotes and the other company was rude and actually hung up! I am a veteran that has had the priviledge of serving our country and travelling to a lot of states and countries. I had never heard of them and had no idea what to expect. Well now I do.rn Bruce the driver was not only on time, he was early. He was extremely polite, professional and what impressed me the most was that he was fun to be around and knew a lot about the history and things that were going on in Louisville.rn Never being there before, I wanted to venture out and see parts of the city that I would never even know existed. Bruce did just exactly that. He not only took us to some awesome places, he provided a boat load of information about the history of several neighborhoods and structures within the city and surrounding areas.rn The car was extremely clean and he entertained us the entire evening. We will return to Louisville and when we do, I will not hesitate to call R&R if I need a car. We have used R & R in the past but last night was the best experiance we have had. Chris, our driver, was helpful, expericanced and an over-all good time! It was my Father's birthday and we went all over Louisville. The Christmas decor was so beautiful and Chris knew all the places to take us. Next time, we may never get out of the car! I recently used R&R Limo services for an employee outing. The service we received was excellent! The driver was very courteous and attentive to our needs. He made sure he was on time for the pick up and drop offs. The bus was very clean and had everything we asked for. My employees are in a customer service oriented business and to be able to provide a night that they received excellent customer service was very important to me. Definitely will use R&R Limo in the future.

We used the 27 passenger mini bus to shuttle our wedding guests between the Seelbach Hotel and the Kentucky Derby Museum in September 2012. It was not a long trip, but many of our guests were from out of town and the shuttle made getting to and from our wedding very convenient. Our driver, Bruce, was very friendly and timely. He even provided a cooler with cold water and soda for the bridal party. We enjoyed working with Bruce, his wonderful customer service, and would use R&R again.

I drove a car for the derby festival time over 2010 and 2011 and I had a full time job in 2012 which didnt allow me to drive this past year. The years I drove I had a great time doing pick ups at the airports and also driving the day of derby. The way the ownership of R & R treat their drivers during derby is awesome. The people in the office from signing up to drive to the people that handle dispatch the drivers just is a first rate establishment. I look forward to working with them in the future but if you ever need a limo of a bus or any type of transportation need that you might have make R & R your first and only call.

I rented a limo to take my family to the airport for my dad's surprise 60th birthday trip to vegas. The experience was phenomenal. The driver was extremely courteous and helpful. He drove us around the city prior to taking us to the airport and was very helpful. He took pictures with us in front of the limo prior to leaving and continued to remind us of what we needed in order to board our plane. I actually booked the limo the day before the trip and R and R was extremely helpful and very affordable compared to other companies. I am from baltimore md area , we came out to louisville to enjoy Louisville and to see jeff Dunham , had my niece she was 12 and she had no idea that we where seeing Jeff Dunham , so i knew i did not want the hassle of driving in and parking and getting out of town after a event like this , so i found R & R and made the call , spoke to annie and rest is history on july 22 very nice drive jim pulled up at hotel and had sign with my nieces name on it as i said it time to go , she spotted the sign and it was priceless , jim took care of us took us to main entrance and was able to be there when we walk out , just made going to Yum center so Nice and took stress off of me about driving in and parking , rn If i am back in Louisville for a event or special occasion i will call R & R to help make it a perfect time , thanks annie and jim

I entrusted this company with my 16-year old daughter who was traveling alone for the first time and whose Southwest flight to Louisville was delayed 6 hours and re-routed through St. Louis. As an upset mom, it’s very difficult to choose a company, sight unseen, to transport your child from Louisville to Lexington (1.5 hours) late at night. This company’s ability to listen to and address the needs of their customers is outstanding. Pat, acknowledging my anxiety, took my reservation at 9:40p for a flight arriving at 10:10p, made all the arrangements, personally met my daughter at the airport, introduced her to her driver, and ensured that she was safely on her way. If this company can provide this kind of service at a moment’s notice, I’m confident that they will meet and exceed your expectations.

I reserved a limo for my son's kindergarten graduation. The service and experience was phenomenal. Our driver was first class and interacted with the kids great. At every stop all the kiddos would get out to get a picture with the friend we were picking up. The driver was very patient and humorous with them and even took the picture for us. We rented the Excursion limo for our daughters junior prom and it was a fabulous experience for her and her friends. The limo put the others to shame. Our limo driver, Mr.Jim Ford, was fantastic. Such a friendly gentleman that put the kids safety first and made sure they all had a good time. He treated the girls like young ladies and assisted them with exiting the limo, making sure nobody fell. He was concerned as it had rained and didn't want them to slip. The limo arrived on time and was extremely clean and better in person than in the pictures. I would highly recommend your limo service to anyone. I had never been in Louisville for any length of time, so this was my true first trip there. Went for the opening of the 2012 Van Halen concert. What a way to end the stress of "Black Friday Shopping"! This year, after all the years of fighting traffic, looking for a parking space,carrying packages to the car. We thought, what better way to end all of the stress than let someone else drive and handle all the drama? I reserved a limo for the 235th Marine Corps ball held at the Galt House. Bruce our driver arrived early to ensure that he found the location of pick up. He was amazing, and very professional as were the members that I spkoe with on the phone. Once the night was over, I placed a call to Bruce to have him pick us up from 4th Streer Live. Since we didn't have that far to walk, I thought we would beat him there, but he was already waiting with umbrellas for us, and even put a stop in for some motzarella sticks. Just an over all great night, and great ride, clean limo and smooth ride. I will definetly be calling again, and I owe you next time Bruce, very professional.
